PKNU which president is Park Maeng Eon made an arrangement with Kumyang Corporation which president is Ryu Kwang Ji about the international students’ education, and the rate of finding employment in China in the Administration Building in PKNU on April 11th. They made a decision to cooperate in these matters.
Through this agreement, Kumyang Corporation promised to support the boarding expenses for the Chinese students studying in PKNU who lived near the local subsidiary in China. Also, after graduating from PKNU, they will be employed as a member of the local subsidiary. In addition, Chinese students who are going to graduate from PKNU in this year will have more advantage of being hired as the employee at the company incorporated abroad than any other college graduate in China.
As a blowing agent that is located in Sasang-gu in Busan, Kumyang Corporation have company incorporated abroad in 5 places including Shanghai, Zhejiang, Yunnan, and Jiangsu in China. Kumyang Corporation expected its overseas affiliated companies to make remarkable development by training Chinese students studying in PKNU who know the Korean culture, and Korean and recruiting them through the supporting for them.
Meanwhile, PKNU made a decision to expand the range of the exchange of cooperation to attract many Chinese international students to Kumyang Corporation’s the overseas affiliated companies and to enhance the level of the university education and Korean class for them.
The president of PKNU, Park Meang Eon, spoke as follows. “It is necessary for Chinese students studying in Korea to be supported substantially. Also, I hope that it is a chance to develop together through this exchange of the human resources between universities and corporations.” < Pukyong Today>
