Park Hye-ji, heard about news of her professor’s scholarship donation and donated to PKNU.

She is Park Hye-ji (32 years old), who donated 2 million won to PKNU on Jan. 31. She graduated from PKNU in February 2010 and currently works as a designer in the public relations team of the University of Ulsan.

Her advisor professor is Kim Sun-hwa(65 years old), who retires next month. Professor Kim donated 20 million won to PKNU in December last year for a student scholarship. She said, “At the time, I saw students in vicious cycle of poor scholarship, they were sleeping late at night to earn their tuition, so they fell asleep during the class and could not attend classes, that made my heart breaking.

Park said, "Professor Kim always regretted the lack of time for students to devote their time to various design experiences such as exhibitions and competitions due to part-time work. It is a small amount collected from the salary, but I would like to be able to give courage to my juniors. "
She said, "Even small things, how much encouragement I get from the help around me at the school and the workplace.” She graduated with good grades because of the scholarship of the school, and she was able to get through the work because she got lots of advice from the school seniors even in society.
