Pukyong National University received 'Best' rating for anti-corruption policy evaluation. The anti-corruption policy evaluation conducted annually is a system that measures the anti-corruption and integrity activities that public institutions have pursued to increase their integrity, and their performance. The evaluation was conducted on 270 public institutions nationwide, including the central administration and regional governments, and Pukyong National University is the only university that has received a 1st grade among the national and public universities. Pukyong National University received high scores in all evaluation areas, including △establishing anti-corruption promotion plans, △expanding participation in integrity policies, △establishing anti-corruption systems, △efforts to eliminate corruption risks, △operating anti-corruption policies, △achievements of anti-corruption policies, and efforts to spread anti-corruption policies. Especially, Pukyong National University earned 100 points in the area of anti-corruption system by providing the public officials with guidelines, including new action guides, such as the prohibition of 'a power tripping', and self-checking the implementation of the action guides. In addition, it was recognized as a great result that Pukyong National University is committed to promoting integrity culture by conducting integrity education for all employees with the intention of pursuing a strong integrity policy of the president, and also preventing corruption through communication such as 'Integrity Communication Meeting with the President,' 'Opening Director's Office'.
