The 'strategy' in 41 years public career is "greetings first". "I have received a lot of things during many years in public career. I wanted to show my good faith. "
He graduated from high school and became a 9th grade public officer (industrial secretary), started public service at Seoul National University and went to Pusan National University, Transportation College, and Ministry of Education to PKNU and retired on June 30th this year. He studied at day and night and graduated from college, worked for 41 years only as a public officer. "I have had great success in the last 4 years at Pukyong National University. In particular, it is most memorable that we have successfully completed the front gate improvement project, which is the total 20th anniversary of Pukyong National University, and made the front gate of the university open." he said. While he was in charge of the Pukyong National University Facility section cheif, Pukyong National University expanded its educational facilities including the main gate of the university, improvement of the playground, construction of the engineering 1st and 2nd hall, and construction of the happy dormitory. What was the strategy of his life in public career for 41 years? It was 'greeting first'. He greeted me before the other, regardless of his position, and it all led to a favorable relationship. He said, "The day before I first came to work 41 years ago, my father told me to greet first, always run, and be the best at what I do. I have tried to live with that word throughout my life. For that reason, I was able to survive as my public career with no problem, I thank to him. He said he wanted to utilize the know-how he had built in his 41 years of public service for society. "There are a lot of current educational facilities that are vulnerable to energy use and facility safety." he said. "I would like to make a talent donation that will help small educational facilities in mountainous areas visit to help improve educational facilities." <Pukyong Today> |
