A recent book by professor Huh Seong-hoe (65yr old, Department of Oceanography) of Pukyong National University, "The story of seafood restaurants in Busan and marine life" (G-WORLD PUBLISHER CORP.) is that.

In this book, whose overline is 'Holy land of seafood cuisine - Essential Reading of Travel to Busan', professor Huh introduces 51 kinds of seafood dishes from 172 restaurants where he visited and tasted directly in Busan.
This book emphasizes that 'It tastes good as much as you know', and it is characterized by the fact that Professor Huh introduces Busan's seafood restaurants, which he has been searching for over 30 years, and introduces the seafood, which is the food of the restaurant, in an easy-to-understand and interesting way.

There are 8 kinds of seafood such as sea eel, mollusks such as abalone and Asian clam (Corbicula fluminea), crustaceans such as crab and shrimp, echinophytes such as sea urchin, and cnidarian such as sea-anemone. Meanwhile, professor Huh is called as a warm-hearted food lover from the people around. In 1984, he was appointed Professor of Oceanography at Pukyong National University. He saved 200,000won per month from his monthly salary and collected the scholarship award for academic achievements.
