"Let's work together to create an online lecture." On March 16, the online lecture production special lecture program prepared by Pukyong National University by signing an MOU with the Community Media Foundation, a specialized video production institution, closed early since it was swamped with 160 professors within two days of the announcement. Due to this happening, Pukyong National University decided to recruit 120 more professors. This program is designed for professors who want a variety of production techniques instead of shooting a studio or an automatic recording classroom, and it offers two special kind of lectures such as 'Online Lecture Production Using Smartphone' and 'Online Lecture Production Using PPT'. Along with this, Pukyong National University has established an online lecture production support team consisting of 20 video production experts to help professors who are still unfamiliar with online lectures. The support team carefully supports the entire process, such as online lecture shooting, editing, and uploading of professors posted on the LMS site, a smart lecture platform at Pukyong National University. Especially, Pukyong National University actively opens various online lecture content production facilities in the university, including video studios, PBL rooms, black studios, and automatic recording classrooms, to help professors create effective online lectures using the desired infrastructure. Kang Myeong-soo, head of the Office of Academic Affairs at Pukyong National University, said, "Even though Corona 19 unavoidably met the unprecedented situation of online lectures in all subjects, professors and staff are under active about making online lectures until late at night to provide more faithful online lectures to students." <Pukyong Today> |
