Jang In-Hwa, Chairman of BCCI, generously gave a donation of 100 million won

Jang In-Hwa, Chairman of Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry donated 100 million won to Pukyong National University (President Jang Young-Soo) as a school development fund.

On the afternoon of March 16, Mr. Jang visited the president's office on the 3rd floor of Pukyong National University's administration building and delivered 100 million won of development funds to President Jang Young-Soo.

Mr. Jang said, "I hope this will help the local youths to focus on their studies. I will always support young people who are the future of the region to realize their dreams and grow in the region."

Mr. Jang, who was inaugurated as the 24th president of the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry last year, is striving for the development of the local economy and young people, not only solving major economic issues in the region, but also activating startups and creating jobs for young people.

Especially, he is contributing to the development of the local community through sharing, such as leading donations from Busan companies to support the hosting of the 2030 Busan World Expo, including the Honor Society activities.

Pukyong National University plans to use this development fund for university development, including student scholarships.

Pukyong National University awarded Mr. Jang an honorary doctorate in business administration last year for his contributions to economic development, including the spread of advanced management culture. <Pukyong Today>
