Introduction
Our Major aims foster a culture of practical ability and academic development while educating students in systematic and concentrated theory and practices of marine sports and nurturing characteristic professionals with flexible minds and liberal arts knowledge to establish a positive future for marine sports inside and outside of Korea
Goals
Through Marine Sports specialized education and customized physical education curriculum based on future sports industry demands, we educate sports professionals with both professional theory and convergence skills, cultivation expertise due to high practical skills, and open thinking and responsible practice.
Types of Certified Licences
Yacht operation license, powered water leisure operation grade1, sports diving trainer license, Industrial dive practitioners, life guards, public athletics trainers, recreation teachers, emergency treatment agents, sport for all trainer at grade 3, lifesavers, sport massagers, and sports curers
Possible Careers After Graduation
Marine Sports-related companies (leisure area), marina facility and multi-function aquarium managers, specialized government servants for marine sports major in regional bodies, marine sports and sports promotional organizations, marine sports and sports science research centers, various marine sports trainers, PE teachers after graduation from graduate school of education (secondary grade 2), marine sports organizations and sales companies, marine sports teams, life guades, and creators of venture companies related to marine sports.
