이번 행사에는 부경대 산학협력단, 창업지원단, LINC+사업단, 인재개발원, 대학일자리센터, 공학교육혁신센터 등 학내 취‧창업 관련 부서와 KAIE 소속 기업들이 참여해 일본기업 채용상담 등 취업 및 창업 지원 프로그램을 진행했다. 이번 박람회는 한국의 유능한 청년 인재를 채용하기 위해 KAIE가 부경대에 요청해 성사됐다. 부경대는 지난해 LINC+사업단의 해외인턴십 프로그램으로 60여명의 학생을 한 달간 KAIE 소속 기업들에 파견했는데, 이들의 성실하고 적극적인 근무태도에 깊은 인상을 받은 기업들이 취업박람회 개최를 제안해온 것이다. 이에 부경대는 부경대생뿐만 아니라 지역 청년들까지 참여하는 취업 및 창업 박람회를 기획해 다시 제안했고, KAIE는 흔쾌히 받아들였다. 이날 KAIE 소속의 미카사, 테노홀딩스, 테노서포트, 큐슈기전, 미시마광산, 요네모리건설, 닛쇼공업, 타이요, T&E, 카시마제작소, 램록, 슈세이공업, 사요복지회, 큐슈연휴기구, 아우루즈, 마루에이 화공, 큐슈닛칸식물, 세이코전기제작소, 테시마공업, 초콜릿숍 등 20개 업체가 박람회에 인사담당자를 파견했다. 이 업체들은 각각 1명에서 6명까지 채용할 계획이다. 부경대는 이날 박람회에서 일본 기업 채용상담행사를 비롯, 취업 성공 졸업생들이 멘토링을 제공하는 취업상담, 학내 취‧창업 관련 부서들의 주요사업 소개 등 프로그램도 진행했다. 부경대 창업지원단은 ‘청년창업의 현재와 미래, 그리고 도전’을 주제로 옐로우우드 엔젤클럽 신영건 회장, 아이오티플렉스 박문수 대표, 정성깃든 김인경 대표를 초청해 창업 토크콘서트를 열고, 우수창업동아리 전시 부스와 3D‧VR 체험존, 원스톱창업상담창구 운영, 창업플리마켓 등 다양한 창업 지원 행사도 열었다. 부경대 서용철 산학협력단장은 “이번 행사가 실속 있는 취업, 창업 정보를 제공하고, 지역 청년들의 해외 진출 분위기를 확산하는 계기가 되기 바란다.”고 말했다.<부경투데이> Pukyong National University held a carrier fair to provide young people in Busan with job opportunities and information on Japanese companies. Pukyong National University (President Kim Young-seup) and Japan Kyushu Regional Association of Businesses (KAIE‧ Chairman Kobayakawa Akinori) held the '2018 Global Employment Startup Fair' on November 15 at 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Lawn Plaza in Daeyeon Campus of Pukyong National University. In this event, KAIE affiliated companies such as PKNU Industry-Academy Collaboration Foundation, start-up support team, LINC + Project Team, Human Resources Development Center, College Job Center, Engineering Education Innovation Center etc. participated in the job and business start-up support program. The fair was attended by KAIE to Pukyong National University to recruit Korean talented youth. Last year, Pukyong National University dispatched about 60 students to KAIE's companies for the internship program of the LINC + project team. The companies that have been impressed by their sincere and active working attitude have proposed to hold a job fair. On this, Pukyong National University proposed a job and start-up fair that participated not only students in PKNU but also local young people, and KAIE accepted it. On this day, Mikasa, and 20 companies including Teno Holdings, Teno Support, Kyushu Mechanism, Mishima Mine, Yonemori Construction, Nissho Industrial, Taiyo, T&E, Kashima Works, Lamrock, Shusei Industry, Sayo Welfare Association, Kyushu tourism association, Aurus, Maruei Chemical, Kushu Nikkan Plants, Seiko Electric Works, Teshima Industries and Chocolate Shops dispatched personnel representatives to the fair. Each of these companies plans to employ one to six people each. At the fair, Pukyong National University also hosted programs such as job-hunting events for Japanese companies, career counseling for mentoring graduates who have been successful in business, and introducing major businesses in the department related to the start-up. The Foundation Support Team of PKNU invited the CEO of Yellow Wood Angel Club Shin Young-Gun, IOTPLEX Park Moon-soo and CEO of Jeongseong-gitden, Kim In-kyeong to open a business talk concert with the theme of 'Present, Future and Challenge of Youth Entrepreneurship'. Also VR Experience Zone, one-stop business start-up consultation service, and start-up market were held. Seo Yong-cheol, the team head of PKNU Industry-University Cooperation Foundation, said, "I hope this event will provide information on employment, entrepreneurship, and lead the overseas expansion of local youths." <Pukyong Today> |
