부경대학교가 교육과정 편성과 운영에 학생들의 의견을 적극 반영하기 위한 ‘학생평가단’을 운영해 눈길을 끈다.

부경대 미래교육혁신본부(본부장 김동준)가 지난 6일부터 23일까지 3주간 일정으로 운영해 온 ‘학생평가단’은 부경대의 7개 단과대학에서 선발한 20명의 재학생으로 구성됐다.

이 평가단의 임무는 부경대가 올해 운영할 전공을 비롯, 교양, 비교과교육과정, 대학혁신지원사업, 사회맞춤형 산학협력 선도대학(LINC+)육성사업에 대해 직접 평가하고 다른 학생들의 의견을 조사 분석하는 것이다.

부경대가 교육과정과 정부재정지원사업 평가를 위해 학생평가단을 별도로 운영한 것은 이번이 처음이다. 특히 올해 교육과정을 학생들의 핵심역량을 키우는 방향으로 전면 개편하면서 교육 수요자인 학생들의 관점에서 개선사항을 도출, 반영하기 위해 추진한 것.

이를 위해 부경대 ‘학생평가단’은 지난 6일부터 전공과 교양, 비교과 등 각 부문별로 팀을 나눠 평가활동을 진행해 왔다.

이들은 활동기간 동안 교육과정에 대한 평가가이드를 바탕으로 직접 평가를 진행하고, 다른 학생들을 직접 만나 인터뷰를 진행해 의견들을 수집했다.

부경대는 이들이 23일 활동을 마무리한 뒤 제출하는 활동결과보고서를 바탕으로 오는 2월 성과보고회를 열고, 최종 보고서를 각 학과 및 부서들과 공유할 계획이다. 최종 보고서 내용들은 다음 교육과정 편성과 운영에 반영된다.

부경대는 학생평가단 참여 학생들에게는 별도의 장학금을 지급하는 등 혜택을 주고, 내년에는 학생평가단을 400명까지 대폭 확대 운영할 계획이다. <부경투데이>

The Student Evaluation Team, operated by Pukyong National University's Division of Future Education Innovation (Director Kim Dong-joon) for 3 weeks from January 6 to 23, consists of 20 students selected from 7 colleges of Pukyong National University.

The mission of the evaluation team is to directly evaluate the majors that Pukyong National University will operate this year, the liberal arts, the extracurricular program, the university innovation support program, and the social-oriented industry-university cooperation university (LINC+) development project. .

This is the first time Pukyong National University has run a student assessment team to evaluate the curriculum and the government's financial support project. In particular, this year's curriculum was reorganized to raise students' core competencies, and to promote and draw improvements from the perspective of students who are consumers of education.

For this, the Pukyong National University Student Evaluation Team has been conducting evaluation activities by dividing teams into majors, liberal arts, and non-subject activities.

During the activities, they conducted their own evaluation based on the evaluation guide for the curriculum, and interviewed other students in person and collected opinions.

Pukyong National University plans to hold a performance report in February based on the results of the activities they submit after completing their activities on the 23rd and share the final report with each department and department. The contents of the final report will be reflected in the next curriculum formation and operation.
