해양수산 현안 대응 위해 부산 연구기관들 ‘한자리에’
- 국립부경대, 26일 해양수산 전문 연구기관 공동 심포지움 개최
- 블루푸드·기후위기 등 해양수산 현안 주제 … 9개 기관 참여

해양수산분야 현안에 대응하기 위해 부산 지역 해양수산 전문 연구기관들이 한자리에 모여 ‘2025 국립부경대학교-해양수산 전문 연구기관 공동 심포지엄’을 개최했다.
2월 26일 국립부경대학교에서 열린 이번 심포지엄의 부제는 ‘지속 가능한 해양수산을 위한 기후 회복 전략에 대한 글로벌 이니셔티브 심포지엄’이다.
심포지엄에는 국립부경대를 비롯, 국립수산과학원, 국립수산물품질관리원, 국립해양조사원, 한국수산자원공단, 한국조선해양기자재연구원, 한국해양과학기술원, 한국해양수산개발원, 한국해양수산연수원 등 부산 지역 9개 기관 전문가들이 참가했다.
이날 오전에는 부경컨벤션홀에서 1부 행사로 김영석 교수(환경지질과학전공)의 ‘G-램프사업단의 기후변화 대응 연구’와 권민호 한국해양과학기술원 해양기후예측센터장의 ‘기후변화 대응 해양수산분야 최신 연구 동향’ 강연이 열렸다.
오후에는 2부 행사로 국립부경대 수산과학대학 주관으로 동원장보고관에서 ‘지속 가능과 블루푸드’ 섹션, 환경·해양대학 주관으로 환경해양관에서 ‘해양기후재해/재난 및 해양오염, 생물다양성과 회복력’ 섹션이 각각 진행됐다.
동원장보고관에서는 ‘지속가능한 양식을 위한 미래양식 전략’(국립수산과학원 임현정 과장), ‘우리나라 수산생물전염병 방역체계 및 청정국 지위획득 노력’(국립수산물품질관리원 홍성열 박사), ‘지속가능한 원양어업을 위한 어선인력양성 방안’(한국해양수산연수원 박태선 교수), ‘고부가 선박 주요 기술 및 표준동향’(한국조선기자재연구원 임진홍 선임연구원), ‘블루푸드. 어떻게 변하고 소비되어야 할까?’(한국해양수산개발원 이동림 전문연구원), ‘AI-로봇을 활용한 해양수산 자동화 구현’(국립부경대 서진호 교수), ‘블루푸드테크 발전을 위한 지산학 협력방안’(국립부경대 이상길 교수) 강연이 열렸다.
환경해양관에서는 ‘기후변화와 연안재해’(국립부경대 김백민 교수), ‘해양예측시스템 및 연안재해 예측기술’(국립해양조사원 변도성 박사), ‘기후변화에 의한 해양생태계 및 수산업의 영향과 전망’(국립수산과학원 한인성 과장), ‘기후변화 대응 복원 정책’(한국해양수산개발원 정여진 박사), ‘부산샛 등 인공위성을 활용한 항만 대기질 및 해양 모니터링 기술 개발’(국립부경대 정욱교 교수), ‘해양플라스틱 오염과 생태계 영향’(한국해양과학기술원 홍상희 박사) 강연이 진행됐다.
국립부경대는 이번 심포지엄을 통해 부산의 해양수산분야 연구 역량과 지역 해양수산 전문 연구기관들의 네트워크를 강화하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대하고 있다. <부경투데이>
Marine and Fisheries Research Institutions Unite to Address Current Issues

To address marine and fisheries issues, marine and fisheries research institutions in the Busan area gathered together to hold the ‘2025 Pukyong National University - Marine and Fisheries Research Institutions Joint Symposium’.
The subtheme of the symposium, held on February 26 at Pukyong National University, was “Global Initiatives for Climate Recovery Strategies for Sustainable Marine and Fisheries Development.”
The symposium was attended by experts from nine institutions in the Busan area, including Pukyong National University, the National Institute of Fisheries Science, the National Fishery Products Quality Management, the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency, the Korea Fisheries Resources Agency, the Korea Marine Equipment Research Institute, the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology, the Korea Maritime Institute, and the Korea Institute of Marine and Fisheries Technology.
In the morning session at the Pukyong Convention Hall, presentations were given, including “Climate Change Response Research by the G-LAMP Project” by Professor Kim Young-seok from the Department of Environmental Geoscience and “Latest Research Trends in Marine and Fisheries Climate Change Response” by Director Kwon Min-ho of the Marine Climate Prediction Center at the Korea the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology.
In the afternoon, the second part of the event was held, with the first session, "Sustainability and Blue Food," organized by the College of Fisheries Science at Pukyong National University in the Dongwon Jangbogo Hall, and the second session, "Marine Climate Disasters/Calamities, Marine Pollution, Biodiversity, and Resilience," organized by the College of Environment and Ocean Science in the Environment and Ocean Hall.
At the Dongwon Jangbogo Hall, lectures were held on "Future Aquaculture Strategies for Sustainable Farming" by Lim Hyun-jeong from the National Institute of Fisheries Science, "National Fisheries Animal Disease Control Systems and Efforts to Achieve Clean Country Status" by Hong Seong-yeol, Ph.D., from the National Fisheries Products Quality Management, "Training Plans for Crews for Sustainable Distant Water Fisheries" by Park Tae-seon, Professor at the Korea Institute of Marine and Fisheries Technology, "High-value Vessel Technologies and Standard Trends" by Lim Jin-hong, Senior Researcher at the Korea Marine Equipment Research Institute, "Blue Food: How Should It Change and Be Consumed?" by Lee Dong-rim, Senior Researcher at the Korea Maritime Institute, "Marine and Fisheries Automation Using AI and Robots" by Seo Jin-ho, Professor at Pukyong National University, and "Regional Industry-Academia Cooperation for the Development of Blue Food Tech" by Lee Sang-gil, Professor at Pukyong National University.
At the Environment & Marine Hall, lectures were held on "Climate Change and Coastal Disasters" by Kim Baek-min, Professor at Pukyong National University, "Marine Prediction Systems and Coastal Disaster Prediction Technologies" by Byun Do-seong, Ph.D., from the National Oceanographic Research Institute, "The Impact and Outlook of Climate Change on Marine Ecosystems and Fisheries" by Han In-seong, Director at the National Fisheries Research & Development Institute, "Climate Change Adaptation and Restoration Policies" by Jeong Yeo-jin, Ph.D., from the Korea Maritime Development Institute, "Port Air Quality and Marine Monitoring Technology Development Using Satellites like Busan Saet" by Jeong Uk-kyo, Professor at Pukyong National University, and "Marine Plastic Pollution and Its Ecological Impact" by Hong Sang-hee, Ph.D., from the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology.
Pukyong National University expects that this symposium will strengthen the research capabilities in the marine and fisheries sector in Busan and enhance the network of local marine and fisheries research institutions. <Pukyong Today>
