국립부경대-부산남부소방서, 대규모 합동 소방훈련 실시
- 16일 국립부경대 대학본부에서 ‘2025년 재난대비 긴급구조종합훈련’

국립부경대학교(총장 배상훈)와 부산남부소방서(서장 김정식)는 6월 16일 오후 ‘2025년 재난대비 긴급구조종합훈련’을 실시했다.
국립부경대 대학본부에서 진행된 이번 대규모 합동 소방훈련에는 소방차를 비롯해 구급차와 사다리차까지 총 30여 대의 장비가 동원됐다. 화재 발생 시 신속하고 체계적으로 대응할 수 있도록 기관 간 유기적인 협조 체계를 구축하기 위한 훈련이다.
훈련에는 국립부경대 50여 명, 소방서 120여 명 등 170여 명이 참여하고, 두 기관뿐만 아니라 경찰과 부산 남구청, 긴급구조지원기관 등 10여 개 단체가 함께 했다.
이날 훈련은 국립부경대 대학본부 지하실에서 화재와 폭발, 가스 누출로 인해 대형 화재가 발생한 상황을 가정해 오후 2시부터 1시간여 동안 진행됐다.
상황 발생 후 1단계로 국립부경대 자위소방대가 화재 신고 후 대피 및 초기 진압에 나서고, 2단계로 현장에 출동한 부산남부소방서 선착대의 화재 진압과 구조, 임시응급의료소 운영 및 현장대응단 활동이 펼쳐졌다.
3단계로 특수차량을 이용한 고층부 인명구조 활동과 미상의 가스 누출을 가정한 긴급구조통제단이 가동되고, 4단계로 소방관 고립을 가정한 구조팀 운영과 2차 화재 진압이 진행됐다. 이후 5단계로 복구, 수습 활동에 이어 강평으로 훈련이 종료됐다.
특히 이날 국립대 가운데 최초로 20년 전 설립된 국립부경대 소방공학과의 학생들도 훈련에 참여해 대피 훈련을 지원했다. <부경투데이>

？ Comprehensive Emergency Response Drill for 2025 Disaster Preparedness Held at PKNU Main Administration Building on the 16th
Pukyong National University (President Bae Sang-hoon) and the Busan Nambu Fire Station (Chief Kim Jeong-sik) conducted a large-scale joint fire drill on June 16 as part of the “2025 Comprehensive Emergency Response Drill for Disaster Preparedness.”
Held at the university’s main administration building, the drill mobilized over 30 emergency vehicles, including fire trucks, ambulances, and ladder trucks. The exercise aimed to strengthen inter-agency coordination and establish an effective response system for swift and systematic action in the event of a fire.
In the first stage of the drill, Pukyong National University’s internal firefighting team responded to the incident by reporting the fire, initiating evacuation procedures, and carrying out an initial fire suppression effort. In the second stage, the Busan Nam-gu Fire Department’s first-response team arrived on-site to extinguish the fire, carry out rescues, operate a temporary emergency medical station, and coordinate field response operations.
In the third stage, special vehicles were deployed for high-rise rescues and a control center was activated to respond to a simulated unidentified gas leak. The fourth stage involved search-and-rescue operations simulating a firefighter being trapped, along with secondary fire suppression. Finally, in the fifth stage, recovery and clean-up operations were conducted, followed by a comprehensive review to conclude the drill.
