국립부경대 부산녹색환경지원센터, 부산 산업현장 녹색 변화 이끈다
- 2025 상반기 악취 저감 지원 등 친환경 기술지원 ‘성과’

국립부경대학교 부산녹색환경지원센터(센터장 이태윤)가 현장 중심 맞춤형 기술지원을 통해 부산 산업현장의 녹색 변화를 이끄는 성과로 주목받고 있다.
부산녹색환경지원센터는 2025년 상반기 ‘맞춤형 현장컨설팅 사업’과 ‘소규모 사업장 사물인터넷(IoT) 측정기기 부착 지원사업’을 통해 부산 지역 기업의 환경오염물질 저감과 친환경 공정 전환을 적극 지원에 나섰다.
‘맞춤형 현장컨설팅 사업’은 부산 소재 기업이 환경오염 물질을 효율적으로 저감하고, 방지시설을 안정적으로 운영할 수 있도록 맞춤형 현장 컨설팅을 제공하는 사업이다. △공정 중 발생하는 대기·수질 오염물질의 관리방안 제시 △배출시설 및 방지시설의 적정 운전 조건 및 유지관리 지도 △인허가 서류 검토 등 사전 오염 예방 중심의 기술지원이 사업의 핵심이다.
올해 상반기 기준 총 5개 기업을 대상으로 8건의 기술지원을 완료했다. 이 중 6건은 악취 저감을 위한 지원에 집중됐다. 센터는 기업별 맞춤형 솔루션을 통해 실질적인 환경개선 효과를 유도하고 있다.
이와 함께 ‘소규모 사업장 사물인터넷(IoT) 측정기기 부착 지원사업’을 통해 4·5종 대기배출사업장을 대상으로 IoT 측정기기 설치비의 90%를 지원하는 등 서류 검토와 현장 조사부터 준공심사까지 전 과정에 걸쳐 기술지원을 수행했다. 올해 상반기 기준으로 총 412개 사업장을 대상으로 424건의 기술지원을 완료했다.
부산녹색환경지원센터 이태윤 센터장은 “현장 중심의 실효성 있는 기술지원을 통해 지속 가능한 산업환경 조성에 기여하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
한편, 부산녹색환경지원센터는 환경부로부터 지정받아 국립부경대를 주관기관으로 산·학·관·민·연 컨소시엄을 구성해 운영하고 있으며, 부산시, 구·군 지자체와 협력해 사물인터넷 기반의 대기오염 모니터링 체계를 구축하고, 소규모 사업장의 환경관리 역량 강화를 위해 노력하고 있다. <부경투데이>

- Achievements in eco-friendly technology support such as odor reduction assistance in early 2025
Pukyong National University’s Busan Green Environment Center (Director: Lee Tae-yoon) is drawing attention for its achievements in driving green transformation at industrial sites in Busan through customized, on-site technical support.
In the first half of 2025, the center actively supported local companies in reducing environmental pollutants and transitioning to eco-friendly processes through its “Customized On-site Consulting Project” and the “IoT Monitoring Device Installation Support Project for Small-scale Businesses.”
The Customized On-site Consulting Project provides tailored consulting services to help companies in Busan effectively reduce environmental pollutants and operate their pollution control facilities in a stable and efficient manner. The core of the project lies in providing preemptive, pollution-prevention-oriented technical support, including: △ Proposing management plans for air and water pollutants generated during production processes △ Providing guidance on proper operating conditions and maintenance of emission and pollution control facilities △ Reviewing licensing and permitting documents.
As of the first half of this year, the Center completed eight technical support cases for five companies, with six of them focused on odor reduction. By offering company-specific solutions, the Center has successfully driven tangible environmental improvements.
In addition, through the IoT Monitoring Device Support Project for Small-scale Businesses, the Center provided up to 90% of installation costs for IoT monitoring equipment to 4th and 5th grade air pollutant-emitting facilities. Comprehensive support was offered throughout the entire process, from document review and on-site inspections to final approval. As of the first half of 2025, the Center has completed 424 technical support cases for 412 business sites.
Lee Tae-yoon, Director of the Busan Green Environment Center, stated, “We will contribute to creating a sustainable industrial environment through practical, field-oriented technical support.”
Meanwhile, the Busan Green Environment Center, designated by the Ministry of Environment and operated by Pukyong National University as the lead institution, functions as a consortium of academia, industry, government, civil society, and research institutes. The center is working in collaboration with Busan City and its districts to establish an IoT-based air pollution monitoring system and enhance the environmental management capabilities of small-scale businesses. <Pukyong Today>
