Pukyong Today 일본 고등학생들 '한국 대학 가고 싶어요' 부경대, 나가사키현 쓰시마 고등학교 학생 초청행사 개최

일본 쓰시마 고등학교 학생들과 나가사키현 교육청 직원들이 8월 4일 부산 부경대학교를 방문했다.

부경대가 외국인 유학생을 유치하고 일본 고교 간 우호관계를 구축하기 위해 개최한 이번 행사에는 쓰시마 고등학교의 국제문화교류코스 소속 학생 9명이 참가해 대학 입시 설명을 듣고 도서관, 학생생활관 등 학교 시설을 둘러보았다.

쓰시마 고등학교 오가타 미사토 학생(3학년)은 “한국에 관심이 많아 몇 년간 한국어와 한국문화를 공부했다.”면서, “그동안 배운 한국어 실력으로 한국에서 공부하고 싶다.”고 말했다.

이날 함께 참석한 나가사키현 교육청 고교교육과 직원 2명은 나가사키현 고등학교의 한국어교육 지원을 위해 부경대학교의 대마도 고교 한국어 강사 파견을 부경대 측과 논의했다.

한편 부경대는 지난 5월 오오시마해양국제고등학교 학생 초청 행사를 개최하고, 6월 아사쿠라 축제에 참여하는 등 일본과 꾸준한 국제교류활동을 펼치고 있다. <부경투데이>

Students of Tsushima High School and staff of Nagasaki Education Authority in Japan visited Pukyong National University (PKNU) on August 4.
 
PKNU held this event with the purpose of building friendly relations with Japanese high schools and attracting Japanese students. Nine students from the International Culture Exchange Course in Tsushima high school participated in the event, listening to the admission presentation and looking around the library, the dormitory, and other school facilities.
 
Okata Misato, a senior at Tsushima High School, said, “I’m interested in Korea, so I’ve been studying Korean and Korean culture.” “I want to study in Korea with the help of my Korean skills,” he added.
 
Two staff members from the Department of High School Education in Nagasaki Education Authority who participated in the event discussed dispatching Korean teachers to high schools in Nagasaki with PKNU in order to support Korean education.
 
Meanwhile, PKNU is continuously conducting international exchange events with Japan such as an event inviting Oshima Maritime International High School students on May and another participating in Asakura Festival on June.<Translator ; Park Si Hyeong, heartfulmind@naver.com>
