| 부경대학교가 2010년 예산운영 효율화 평가결과 우수기관으로 선정돼 교육과학기술부장관상을 받았다.
이와 함께 행정필수 소모품을 각 부서별로 구매하던 방식을 대학본부가 대학 내 전 부서의 물품을 계약하는 총액단가계약제로 개선해 예산절감 및 행정능률을 높였다. 그 결과 행정필수 소모품별 지출 금액의 15%내외의 절감 효과를 얻었다. 부경대는 예산성과평가 실시, 에너지절약 추진, 행정필수 소모품 구매방법 개선, 자체 인력 활용 취업 및 진로지도, 공공건물 LED 조명 보급사업 실시, 다수공급자 2단계 계약경쟁 실시 등 예산절감을 위한 지속적인 노력이 높은 평가를 받았다. 부경대 노규범 재무과장은 “대학 전 구성원이 예산절감을 위한 노력을 기울여 이번 표창을 받게 됐다.”면서, “예산절감과 업무효율성 제고를 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다.”고 말했다. 한편 부경대는 부상으로 받은 상금 1백만 원을 어려운 이웃을 돕는데 쓰기로 하고 대학이 운영하고 있는 ‘사랑의 쌀독’에 전액 기부했다.<부경투데이> PKNU was selected for an excellent organization for the assessment which was conducted to look for the best organization running its budget economically by the ministry of Education, Science, and Technology because PKNU had managed its budget efficiently. PKNU improved the existed system by making each income institutions have to pay the common cost to reduce financial burden. As a result, PKNU had an effect to cut down the operating expenditure in the administration 5%, each college 10%. In addition, PKNU improved existed way of the purchase system. Under the system, all departments in PKNU should buy required supplies separately in the past. After that, by changing the system buying the needed supplies together, PKNU had had an effect to reduce about 15% of the spending on the essentially required supplies. PKNU was very highly rated for conducting assessment of the used budget, driving energy conservation, improving the existed way of the purchase system for essentially needed items, using its human resources, counseling students about their future, undertaking the business popularizing LED lightings in the public buildings, performing the competitive contracts, and so on to strive to decrease its budgets. No Gyu Beom, the financial affairs, said. "Because of efforts of the all members in the PKNU to decrease our budget, I think this award was given."Also, "We will continue striving to get a satisfying results for increasing the efficiency of the work and saving money.” he added. Meanwhile, PKNU decided to spend its cash prize of one million won on donating to the ‘ssaldok of love’ which has been operating by PKNU to help the poor. <Pukyong Today> |
부경대는 2010년 대학운영 공통경비지출을 각 수입기관이 자체 부담하도록 개선해 기본운영비 증가로 인한 재정부담을 줄였다. 그 결과 대학본부 5%, 단과대학 10%의 부서별 기본운영경비 절감효과를 얻었다.
