독: 독도여 나의 한 자락이여

이 시는 ‘독도품다’를 시제로 부경대학교가 실시한 「제2회 부경대학교 독도사랑 사행시 공모전」의 대상작이다.
대상 수상자는 부경대 경영학과 3학년 신용두 학생(24세).
그는 독도를 ‘나의 한 자락’으로 표현하면서 독도를 지키려는 강한 애정을 연시풍으로 노래해 대상의 영예를 안았다.
이번 공모전은 대한제국 칙령 제41호에 의해 독도와 울릉도가 울도군으로 승격된 1900년 10월 25일을 기념하여 대학생들에게 우리 땅 독도에 대한 관심 확산과 국토사랑 정신을 고양하기 위한 것.
신용두 학생은 “그동안 독도에 대한 소홀함을 반성하면서 우리 영토를 지키려는 의지를 시에 담으려고 노력했다.”면서, “우리 대학생들도 취업이나 학점 등 개인적인 일에만 골몰하지 말고 국가와 영토에 대한 관심도 더 많이 가졌으면 좋겠다.”고 말했다.
지난 10월 17일부터 23일까지 7일간 부경대 학생 등을 대상으로 열린 이번 공모전에는 독도 사랑을 노래한 321편의 작품이 접수됐다.
대상에 이어 최우수상은 권재욱(경영학부), 박채인(일어일문학부) 등 2명이, 우수상은 양동호(영어영문학과) 등 10명이 받았다. 대상에게는 문화상품권 30만원, 최우수상 문화상품권 각 10만원, 우수상 문화상품권 각 5만원씩의 부상이 수여된다.
부경대는 수상작 13편을 독도 실시간 영상시스템이 설치된 부경대 동원장보고관과 공학도서관 로비에 전시할 예정이다.<부경투데이>

This quatrain is the poem that received the grand prize in "The 2nd PKNU Love Dokdo Quatrain competition" with the subject of holding Dokdo.
The winner was Shin Yong-Du who is a junior in the department of business administration at Pukyong National University. (24 years old)
Mr. Shin expressed Dokdo as 'my part', so he can win the prize with strong affection to protect Dokdo with poem full of love.
This competition is for celebrating Ulleungdo and Dokdo were promoted in status as Uldo Gun in October 25, 1900 as Great Han Empire's forty-first edict. It is also for the promotion of attention to Dokdo, which is a part of our territory, and awareness of our national home land.
"I tried to put my will to protect Korea's territory as I have been remiss about Dokdo. I hope our university students will pay more attention to our country and territory, not just focusing on personal things like getting a job or credits," the winner said.
The competition for Pukyong National University students opened from October 17 to 23, and 321 quatrain has been submitted with full of love toward Dokdo.
Mr. Shin, Kwon Jae-Uk (department of business and administration) and Park Chae-In (Japanese language and literature department) got the first prize, and ten students, including Yang Dong-Ho (English language and literature department), got excellence prizes. For the winners, gift vouchers will be given to thank them for their great literary productivity: a gift voucher of about three hundred thousand won is the grand prize, and a hundred thousand won is for the first prizes, and fifty thousand won is for the excellence prizes.
Pukyong National University will display the prize-winners in the lobby of the library in Yongdang campus and Dongwon Jang Bogo building in Daeyeon campus where a real-time imaging system of Dokdo is located. <Pukyong Today>
