부경대학교 식품분석센터(대표이사 서용철‧산학협력단장)가 부산지방식품의약품안전청로부터 축산물 시험‧검사기관(자가품질위탁검사)으로 지정됐다. 축산물 시험‧검사기관이란 축산물 원재료와 식육, 식용란, 식육가공품, 유가공품, 알가공품 등 관련 상품에 대한 품질검사를 위탁 수행하는 기관이다. 학교기업인 부경대 식품분석센터는 부산지방식품의약품안전청의 서류평가 및 현장평가를 거쳐 축산물 시험‧검사기관으로 공식 지정됐다. 이번 지정으로 부경대 식품분석센터는 2021년 8월까지 축산물시험·검사기관 업무를 수행하게 된다. 부산 지역의 축산물 시험‧검사기관은 부경대 식품분석센터를 포함해 모두 네 곳으로, 학교기업으로는 부경대 식품분석센터가 유일하다. 축산물 시험검사기관으로 지정되기 위해서는 시험 검사원 등 전문 인력은 물론, 각각 분리된 실험실, 전처리실, 기기분석실, 미생물실 등 전문 시설을 확보하는 등 까다로운 요건을 갖춰야 한다. 부경대 식품분석센터는 이화학 및 미생물 분석이 가능한 전문검사인력 6명을 비롯, GC, GC/MS, microwave, HPLC, ICP, 수은분석기, PCR, 전기영동장치 등 다수의 검사 장비를 보유하고 축산물 검사를 위탁 수행한다. 한편 부경대 식품분석센터는 지난 2009년 식품위생검사기관으로 지정된 이후 국내 식품가공회사의 자가 품질검사 및 위생 및 안전성 검사 등을 시행하며 부산 지역 식품 안정성 확보에 기여하고 있다. <부경투데이> Pukyong National University Food Analysis Center (CEO Seo Yong-cheol, head of Industry-University Cooperation) was designated as a livestock product testing and inspection agency (Self-trusted Quality Inspection) by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Pukyong National Food Analysis Center, a University company, was officially designated as a livestock testing and inspection agency after document evaluation and on-site evaluation by Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. With this designation, the Pukyong National University Food Analysis Center will perform livestock product testing and inspection agencies until August 2021. There are four livestock product testing and inspection institutes in Busan, including the Pukyong National Food Analysis Center, and Pukyong National Food Analysis Center is the only University company. In order to be designated as a livestock testing and testing institution, it is necessary to meet the demanding requirements of not only specialized personnel such as test inspectors, but also specialized facilities such as separate l4aboratories, pretreatment chambers, instrumental analysis rooms, and microbial chambers. Pukyong National Food Analysis Center has six specialized test personnel who can analyze physics and microorganisms, and has a number of test equipment including GC, GC/MS, microwave, HPLC, ICP, mercury analyzer, PCR, electrophoresis device, etc. and entrust and carry out livestock inspection. Meanwhile, Pukyong National Food Analysis Center has been designated as a food hygiene testing institution in 2009, and has been contributing to securing food safety in Busan by conducting self-quality inspection and hygiene and safety inspection of domestic food processing companies. <Pukyong Today> |
