부경대학교(총장 김영섭)가 국민권익위원회의 2019년도 공공기관 부패방지 시책평가 결과 최우수 등급인 1등급을 받았다.

해마다 실시되는 공공기관 부패방지 시책평가는 공공기관이 청렴성을 높이기 위해 추진한 반부패‧청렴활동과 그 성과를 측정하는 제도다.

이번 평가는 중앙행정, 광역지자체 등 전국 270개 공공기관을 대상으로 실시됐으며, 기관 유형 가운데 국‧공립대학에서 1등급을 받은 대학은 부경대가 유일하다.

부경대는 △반부패 추진계획 수립 △청렴정책 참여 확대 △부패방지 제도 구축 △부패위험 제거 노력 △부패방지 제도 운영 △반부패 정책 성과 △반부패 정책 확산 노력 등 전 평가영역에서 높은 점수를 받았다.

특히 부경대는 소속 공직자를 대상으로 ‘갑질’ 금지 등 신규 행동강령 행위기준을 포함한 행동강령 교육을 실시하고, 행동강령 이행실태를 자체 점검하는 등 노력으로 부패방지 제도 운영 영역에서 100점 만점을 획득했다.

이와 함께 국민권익위의 부패방지 제도개선 권고과제를 대부분 이행하고, 부패방지를 위한 ‘청렴시민감사관’ 제도 도입과 운영을 통해 국‧공립대 유형의 종합청렴도 평균보다 높은 점수를 얻어 부패방지 제도 구축 영역과 반부패 정책 성과 영역에서도 92점의 높은 점수를 받았다.

이밖에도 부경대는 총장의 강한 청렴정책 추진 의지로 전 구성원을 대상으로 청렴교육을 실시해 청렴문화 확산에 기여하고, ‘총장과 함께하는 청렴 소통 간담회’, ‘찾아가는 열린 국장실’ 등 소통을 통한 청렴리더십도 부패방지 성과로 인정받았다.

부경대 최윤홍 사무국장은 “앞으로도 청렴한 공직사회 여건을 조성하고 내부 구성원의 청렴의지를 확산하는 등 청렴생태계를 조성하는 데 힘쓰겠다.”고 말했다. <부경투데이>

Pukyong National University (President: Kim Young-seup) received the highest rating of 1st grade, the best anti-corruption policy evaluation by the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission (ACRC).

The anti-corruption policy evaluation conducted annually is a system that measures the anti-corruption and integrity activities that public institutions have pursued to increase their integrity, and their performance.

The evaluation was conducted on 270 public institutions nationwide, including the central administration and regional governments, and Pukyong National University is the only university that has received a 1st grade among the national and public universities.

Pukyong National University received high scores in all evaluation areas, including △establishing anti-corruption promotion plans, △expanding participation in integrity policies, △establishing anti-corruption systems, △efforts to eliminate corruption risks, △operating anti-corruption policies, △achievements of anti-corruption policies, and efforts to spread anti-corruption policies.

Especially, Pukyong National University earned 100 points in the area of anti-corruption system by providing the public officials with guidelines, including new action guides, such as the prohibition of 'a power tripping', and self-checking the implementation of the action guides.

In addition, it was recognized as a great result that Pukyong National University is committed to promoting integrity culture by conducting integrity education for all employees with the intention of pursuing a strong integrity policy of the president, and also preventing corruption through communication such as 'Integrity Communication Meeting with the President,' 'Opening Director's Office'.
