부경대학교(총장 김영섭)가 5월 11일부터 일부 실험‧실습 교과목을 대면수업으로 진행한다고 7일 밝혔다.

부경대는 최근 열린 교무회에서 2020학년도 1학기 전체를 비대면 수업으로 진행키로 결정하고, 실험‧실습으로만 운영되는 교과목과 캡스톤디자인 교과목은 예외적으로 대면수업을 하기로 했다.

다만 대면수업은 수강인원을 10명 이하로 하고, 교수와 수강 학생 전원이 사전 동의하면 진행할 수 있도록 했다. 학기 중 운영하지 못한 실험‧실습‧실기 교과목은 집중수업기간인 6월 29일부터 7월 18일까지 운영할 수 있도록 했다.

이와 함께 부경대는 이번 1학기는 동영상과 실시간 화상강의 등 비대면 수업 방식으로 운영하기로 결정하고 전체 학생들에게 공지했다. 그동안 부경대는 코로나19 사태가 안정될 때까지 비대면 수업을 한다는 방침 아래 지난 3월 16일부터 비대면 수업을 진행해왔다.

한편 부경대는 개강 연기, 집중수업기간 운영 등으로 하계방학과 계절수업 등을 1~3주 늦추는 등 학사일정을 조정해 운영한다. 성적 평가는 전체 교과목을 절대평가로 진행한다. <부경투데이>

PKNU's Committee on Academic Affairs decided to continue online lectures for the spring semester

Pukyong National University (President Kim Young-seup) has announced on 7th of May that offline classes will be operated for some experimental and practical subjects from 11th of May.

At the recently held academic affairs meeting, Pukyong National University decided to proceed with the spring semester of 2020 as untact classes, and decided to open offline classes for subjects that are conducted only by experiment and practice and capstone design subjects.

However, in the offline classes, the number of students who can attend the class should be 10 or less, and all professors and students must agree in advance to proceed. Experimental and practical subjects that were not operated during the semester will be operated from 29th of June to 18th of July, which is an intensive class period.

Along with this, Pukyong National University decided to operate classes in a untact method such as video and real-time video lectures for the spring semester, and noticed all students about the decision. Pukyong National University has been operating online classes since 16th of March so far, under the policy of giving untact classes until the COVID-19 situation stabilizes.

In the meantime, Pukyong National University operates by adjusting the academic schedule, such as delaying summer vacation and seasonal classes by one to three weeks due to delays in opening classes and operating intensive classes.
