부경대생, 제26회 LH 대학생 주택건축대전 ‘대상’

- 최원준 ·김혜진 … ‘골목길 활용 지역개방형 청년복합주거’로

국립부경대학교(총장 장영수) 건축학전공 최원준(2학년), 김혜진(3학년) 학생팀(지도교수 김민석·홍성민·유창욱)이 제26회 LH 대학생 주택건축대전에서 대상의 영예를 안았다.

이들은 한국토지주택공사(LH)가 최근 발표한 이번 건축대전 최종결과에서 ‘ALLEY : A Living LifE for Youth - 골목길을 활용한 지역개방형 청년복합주거’로 상금 300만 원의 대상을 받았다.

이번 건축대전은 ‘MULTI-HOUSE : 지역개방형 청년복합주거’를 주제로 개인의 가치와 사회적 의미를 함께 존중하는 청년을 대상으로 다채로운 삶과 변화하는 공동체를 위한 도시융합형 공동주택을 공모했다.

부경대생들은 서울 강남구 논현동 일대의 6,588㎡의 면적에 지하 1층, 지상 7층, 112개 호실 규모로 골목길과 건물이 어우러져 공존하는 다세대주택 주거공간을 제시해 가장 뛰어난 작품으로 인정받았다.

이들은 대학생, 사회초년생 등 1인 청년, 신혼부부 등 2인 청년, 자녀를 둔 3인 등 대상에 각각 적합한 주거용 건물을 비롯, 지역연계 예술공간, 헬스장, 도서관, 돌봄센터, 공유장터 등 역할의 건물들이 어우러지도록 주거공간을 설계했다.

특히 주거동 건물 사이의 골목을 비롯해 복도와 복도를 잇는 골목, 녹지로 조성한 지붕을 연결하는 골목 등을 배치해 독립적이면서도 새로운 교류가 일어날 수 있는 환경친화적인 설계를 인정받았다.

부경대생들은 이번 수상으로 상장, 상금과 함께 LH 채용 시 서류전형 면제와 해외건축기행 기회 제공 등 혜택도 받게 된다. <부경투데이>

Choi Won-Joon (2nd-year student) and Kim Hye-Jin (3rd-year student) student team (advisory professors- Kim Min-Seok, Hong Seong-Min, Yoo Chang-Wook) of the department of architectural engineering at Pukyong National University (President Jang Young-Soo) received the grand prize at the 26th university students LH housing & architecture contest.

They received the grand prize of three million won as ‘ALLEY: A Living Life for Youth - Community-opening youth multi housing utilizing alleys’ in the result of this architecture competition recently announced by the Korea land & housing corporation (LH).

Under the theme of 'MULTI-HOUSE: Community-opening youth complex housing', this year's architecture competition was held for young people who respect individual values and social meaning together, and they contested an urban convergence type apartment house for a diverse life and a changing community.

The student team from Pukyong National University presented a residential space for multi-unit housing in which alleys and buildings coexist in harmony with a basement, 7 above ground, and 112 rooms on an area of 6,588 m2 in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and was recognized as the most outstanding work.

They designed the living space so that the buildings would harmonize well with residential buildings suitable for each household, such as campus students, a young single person such as newlyweds, a couple of newlyweds, and three-person households with children, as well as buildings with roles such as art spaces, gyms, libraries, care centers, and shared marketplaces linked to each other.

In particular, it was recognized for its environmentally friendly design that allows independent and new exchanges by arranging alleys between residential buildings, alleys connecting corridors and corridors, and alleys connecting roofs made of green areas.

With this award, Pukyong National University students will receive a certificate of award and cash prize as well as benefits such as exemption from application review process and an opportunity to travel abroad when LH hires. <Pukyong Today>
