국립부경대, 부산 상공계 대표들과 글로컬대학 ‘승부수’
- 부산상공회의소와 29일 토크콘서트 공동주최
- 지방시대위원장 초청특강 등 부산 미래 위한 글로컬대학 역할 제시

국립부경대학교(총장 배상훈)가 글로컬대학30 사업 공모 마감을 앞두고 부산 상공계 대표들과 함께 부산의 미래 혁신 비전을 제시하며 승부수를 던졌다.
국립부경대와 부산상공회의소는 4월 29일 오후 4시 부경컨벤션홀에서 ‘2025년 국립부경대학교-부산 상공계 유관기관 토크콘서트’를 개최했다.
이번 행사는 국립부경대가 부산 주요 상공계 대표들과 함께 부산이 글로벌 허브 도시로서 세계로 뻗어나가기 위한 혁신 전략을 공유하고, 글로컬대학30 사업 추진을 위한 강력한 협력 네트워크를 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 토크콘서트에 앞서 우동기 지방시대위원회 위원장이 ‘지방시대 글로벌 인재 양성과 대학의 역할’을 주제로 초청 강연을 펼쳤다.
이어 배상훈 국립부경대 총장이 사회를 맡아 ‘글로벌 허브 도시 부산의 미래를 여는 열쇠’를 주제로 토크콘서트를 진행했다.
패널로 성희엽 부산광역시 정책수석보좌관, 이희승 한국해양과학기술원 원장, 김형균 부산테크노파크 원장, 정현민 부산상공회의소 상근부회장, 김광수 부산경영자총협회 회장, 최우찬 동국씨엠 기술연구소 소장, 박용준 삼진식품(주) 대표이사, 곽동진 국립부경대 박사과정생이 참가해 열띤 논의를 진행했다.
배상훈 총장은 “이번 행사를 통해 지역에 정주하며 글로벌 무대에서 활약할 인재 양성을 위한 전략을 공유하고, 지역 발전을 위한 강력한 지·산·학·연 협력 기반을 마련하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다.”라고 밝혔다. <부경투데이>

-Invited Lecture by Chairperson of the Local Era Committee Highlighting the Role of Glocal Universities for Busan’s Future
Pukyong National University (President Bae Sang-hoon) has made a bold move, presenting Busan’s future innovation vision alongside representatives from the Busan business community, ahead of the Glocal University 30 project application deadline.
On April 29th at 4 p.m., Pukyong National University and the Busan Chamber of Commerce co-hosted the 2025 Pukyong National University - Busan Business Community Talk Concert" at the Pukyong Convention Hall.
The event was organized by Pukyong National University to share innovative strategies for Busan to expand as a global hub city, and to establish a strong collaborative network for the promotion of the Glocal University 30 project, alongside major representatives from Busan’s business community.
Prior to the talk concert, Woo Dong-gi, Chairman of the Local Era Committee, delivered a guest lecture on "Training Global Talent for the Local Era and the Role of Universities."
Following this, Pukyong National University President Bae Sang-hoon moderated the talk concert on the topic ‘The Key to Unlocking the Future of Busan as a Global Hub City.’
The panel included Sung Hee-yeop, Policy Senior Advisor of Busan Metropolitan City, Lee Hee-seung, President of the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology, Kim Hyeong-gyun, President of Busan Technopark, Jeong Hyun-min, Executive Vice President of the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kim Kwang-soo, President of the Busan Employers Federation, Choi Woo-chan, Director of Dongguk CM Technology Research Institute, Park Yong-jun, CEO of Samjin Foods, and Kwak Dong-jin, Ph.D. candidate at Pukyong National University, who participated in the heated discussion.
