"I want to be a good official who improves the fishing industry"
He listed his name as one of the 77 successful candidates of the 2012 National Official Examination, and only two people in maritime affairs and fisheries passed the exam. This exam is known as a tough fisheries higher technology examination because it is very competitive. As a result of passing the exam, Kim will lead the maritime affairs and fisheries administration as a national official. Kim graduated from the Maritime Life Medication Department of PKNU last February and attempted the exam for the first time last year but he was unsuccessful. He didn't give up and tried again, and he eventually made it. "All of the classes were related to the examination, such as maritime biology, management, thremmatology, and it was extremely helpful to study for the exam. The most important thing to get this result was visiting all the professors whenever I had questions while I was taking classes," he said. He mentioned that he wanted to be a leading official to develop professionalism of the domestic fisheries technology up to the world level. Meanwhile, PKNU is improving their reputation in the maritime field due to their training of 34 officials since the first vacancy opened in 1972.<Pukyong Today> |
