부산지역환경기술개발센터, 최우수 센터 선정

부경대학교 부산지역환경기술개발센터(센터장 이석모 교수)가 환경교육사업분야 최우수 센터로 선정됐다.
부산지역환경기술개발센터는 환경부의 2009년 지역환경기술개발센터 정기평가 결과 전국 18개 센터 중 교육실적, 교육프로그램, 교육생의 만족도, 세미나 개최 및 적정성 등에서 가장 우수한 점수를 받았다. 
부산지역환경기술개발센터는 지난 한 해동안 연구과제 11개를 수행한 비롯, 환경교육 83회, 기업체 기술지원 31건, 환경산업현장 인턴십 운영 33명 등 지역의 환경현안을 해결하기 위한 다양한 사업을 실시하였다. 
한편 부산지역환경기술개발센터는 지난 2005년 부경대학교를 주관기관으로 환경부 지정 지역 센터 제17호로 설립되어 부산 녹색성장포럼을 분기별로 운영하는 등 부산지역 환경문제 해결 및 연구의 구심적 역할을 해오고 있다.<부경투데이>

Busan Environmental Technology Center at PKNU (Prof. SukMo Lee, the director of the center) has been selected as the best institute in the area of Environment & Education Industry.
The center has received the highest scores in the fields of educational achievements,, educational programs, degree of the satisfaction of the participants, the adequacy level and the frequency of holding seminars on the 2009 regular-basis evaluation against 18  Local Environmental Technology Centers, which was held by the Ministry of Environment.
Busan Environmental Technology Center has carried out 83 times of Environment Education, 31 times of Technology supports for the companies and internship program for 33 applicants. In addition, the center has conducted 11 projects over the year to tackle the current issues.
Busan Environmental Technology Center was established in 2005 as the 17th local center designated by the Ministry of Environment and supervised by PKNU. It has operated a Green Growth Forum and has played a key role in resolving the environmental problems and in doing researches.
