부경대학교는 모두 237억6천만 원의 예산을 들여 부산 남구 대연캠퍼스 동쪽 5,063㎡ 부지에 지하 1층 지상 10층과 지하 1층 지상 14층 등 2개 동이 연결된 대형 교육연구시설을 완공했다. 지난 2011년 7월 착공 후 2년 7개월 만에 완공된 이 건물은 철근콘크리트 구조로 높이 61.90m, 연면적 18,237㎡(건축면적 2,816㎡)에 달한다. 강의실, 연구실, 실습실 등이 마련됐다. 2개 동 가운데 동쪽 건물(14층)에는 인문사회과학대 대학본부 및 11개 학부(과), 서쪽 건물(10층)에는 경영대 대학본부 및 2개 학부가 입주했다. 이 건물은 에너지절약형 친환경 건물이라는 점이 특징이다. 빗물을 우수저장소에 저장하여 조경용수로 사용하고, 고효율LED 등기구 및 대기전력차단용 콘센트를 설치하여 사용 에너지를 절약한다. 또한 건물 옥상에 태양광 및 태양열 설비를 설치하여 건물에서 사용되는 전기의 일부분을 발전하고 온수를 공급하기도 한다. 특히 부산 앞바다와 광안대교가 한눈에 조망되는 멋진 경관을 가지고 있어 부경대의 새로운 상징 건물이 될 전망이다.<부경투데이> The new large-scale education and research facility for college of humanities and social sciences and business management has been built in Pukyong National University. The university invested its finance around 23.76 billion won for the new building, and built it on the 5,063㎡ site of east side of Daeyeon campus in Namgu, Busan. The building is two-building facility what has one story below and ten above the ground on a side and one story below and ten above the ground on the other side. The construction has been started on July 2011 and it has been finished after two years and seven months. The building has reinforced concrete structure, and it has 61.90m of height and 18,237㎡ of total floor area(2,816㎡ of building area). Lecture rooms, offices, and laboratories have been prepared. College of humanities and social science moved in the east side(14 stories floor) and headquarter of college of business administration and its two departments moved in the west side(10 stories floor). Furthermore, the building is going to be a new symbol of Pukyong National University as it has a great view of Busan offing and Gwangan Bridge.<Pukyong today> |
