부경대학교가 교육부와 인사혁신처, 한국직업능력개발원으로부터 2016년 인적자원개발 우수기관(Best HRD)으로 인증 받았다.

인적자원개발 우수기관 인증제도는 인적자원 개발과 관리가 우수한 기관을 정부가 공식적으로 인증하는 제도이다. 부경대는 지난 2010년 첫 인증 이후 3회 연속 인증 받았다.

부경대는 현장직무교육(OJT)과 코칭, 멘토링 등 구성원들의 직무능력 향상을 위한 학습자 중심의 학습조직 활동은 물론, 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육훈련프로그램을 체계적으로 설계한 점을 높이 평가받았다.

또 직원들이 자기계발을 위해 학습동아리 등 다양한 학습조직을 적극적으로 활용하고 있는 점도 우수한 평가를 받았다.

이번 인증으로 부경대는 앞으로 3년 동안 ‘Best HRD’ 인증로고 활용을 비롯, 정기근로감독 면제, Best HRD 클럽 참여, 컨설팅 지원, 해외 HRD 우수기관 벤치마킹 연수 등의 혜택을 받게 된다.

부경대는 오는 9월 23일 서울 양재동 엘타워에서 열리는 2016년 인적자원개발 우수기관 인증 수여식에서 인증서 및 인증패를 받을 예정이다.<부경투데이>

PKNU, Leading Institute for HRD
- Certified by the government three years in a row with systematic training program

Pukyong National University was certified 2016 Best Human Resource Development (HRD) by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Personnel Management and Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Research. 

This government certificate of BHD is given to an institute which has shown outstanding performance in development and management of human resources. PKNU was qualified for the scheme three years in a row since its first success in 2010.

Not only the university’s learner-centered education activities to improve the members’ performance, such as On the Job Training (OJT), coaching and mentoring, also its systematic design of National Competency Standards (NCS)-based educational training program was highly valued. In addition, the staff members organized and participated in various learning groups for self-development.  

With the certificate, PKNU is eligible to use Best HRD logo and enjoy other benefits, such as exemption from regular labor supervision, participation in Best HRD club, consultative support and visit to other best HRD institutes abroad, during the three years period from now on.

On 23 September, certificate and plaque of 2016 Best HRD are going to be awarded to PKNU at the presentation ceremony, which will be held at EL Tower, Yangjae-dong, Seoul.  <Pukyong Today>
