부경대학교(총장 김영섭)는 14일 ㈜인성시스템(대표이사 진상훈‧경기 부천)과 ‘육지감시용 페데스탈(Pedestal)의 안정화(Stabilization) 제어 시스템’ 기술 이전 계약을 체결했다. 정액기술료는 1억 원.
육상, 선박 및 항공기 등에 탑재돼 활용되는 고성능 무인영상감시장비는 일정 반경에 들어온 침입자 등 물체를 자동으로 추적하는 장비다. 움직이거나 멀리 있는 물체를 감지하고 확인해야하기 때문에 높은 정밀성이 필요하다. 김 교수가 보유한 모션제어기술은 무인영상감시장비 카메라의 움직임을 6자유도로 제어할 수 있으며, 0.001°(1/1000°) 수준의 고정밀성을 확보했다. 현재 국내에서 개발된 고성능 무인영상감시장비는 제어시스템 등 대부분의 핵심 원천 기술을 외국기술에 의존하고 있다. 또 국내에서 주로 군사용으로 사용되는 이스라엘 RP사의 ‘Line of Sight Pedestal’, 미국 FLIR사의 ‘Gimbals’ 등은 대당 가격이 10억 원에 이른다. 김영복 교수는 “고성능 무인영상감시장비의 핵심 원천기술을 국산화하면 합리적인 가격으로 상용화할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.”면서, “인성시스템과 지속적으로 협력하며 육지 감시용 무인영상감시장비 개발에 이어 선박용, 항공용 장비 개발로 연구를 확대해 나갈 것.”이라고 말했다. 진상훈 대표이사는 “그동안 해외기술을 수입해 무인영상감시장비를 개발하면서 유지보수의 어려움 등 여러 문제가 있었다.”면서, “국산 기술로 제품을 개발해 국내는 물론 해외에 진출하기 위해 부경대와 계속 협력하고 싶다.”고 말했다. The high-performance unmanned video surveillance equipment used on land, ships, and aircrafts is an equipment that automatically tracks intruders and other objects entering a certain radius. High precision is needed because it must detect moving objects or distant objects. Kim ’s motion control technology can control the motion of the unmanned video surveillance camera to 6 degrees of freedom and has high precision of 0.001 ° (1/1000 °) level. At present, the high performance unmanned video surveillance equipment developed in Korea relies on foreign technologies for most core source technologies such as control systems. In addition, Israeli RP’s ’Line of Sight Pedestal’, which is mainly used for military purposes in Korea, and ’Gimbals’, a FLIR company in the US, cost around 1 billion won. Professor Kim Young-bok said, "We expect to commercialize the core source technology of high-performance unmanned video surveillance equipment at a reasonable price." He continued, "We will continue to cooperate with In-sung system and develop unmanned video surveillance equipment for land surveillance. We will expand our research by developing aviation equipment. " "We have been developing unmanned video surveillance equipment while importing overseas technology and have had various problems such as maintenance difficulties," said CEO of Jin Sang-hoon. "We want to continue to cooperate with PKNU to develop products with domestic technology and to advance into domestic and overseas markets." Since its establishment in 2007, In-sung System Co., Ltd. is a venture company that researches, develops and produces thermal video surveillance equipment, CCTV camera and security equipment.
