부경대학교(총장 김영섭)는 신종 코로나바이러스 확산에 따라 학내 구성원들의 안전 및 적극적 예방 조치 차원에서 2020학년도 1학기 개강을 당초 3월 2일에서 3월 16일로 2주 연기하기로 결정했다고 5일 발표했다. 이와 함께 부경대는 학내 구성원들의 안전을 위해 중국인 유학생을 포함해 중국을 방문·경유한 모든 학생은 외부와 차단이 가능한 학내 학생생활관 1동에서 14일 동안 의무적으로 분리 거주하도록 조치하는 등 적극적인 예방 조치에 나서고 있다. 분리 거주 기간 동안에는 외부 출입을 최소화하고 식사는 도시락을 제공하며 보건진료소 간호사가 1일 2회 발열검사를 실시하고 있다. 한편 부경대는 신종 코로나바이러스 대응을 위해 지난달 28일 비상대책위원회를 구성한 데 이어 4일부터는 24시간 비상대책 상황실을 편성·운영하여 예방 활동을 강화하고 있다. <부경투데이> Pukyong National University (President Kim Young-seup) announced on Feb.5 that the university decided to delay the opening of spring semester of the 2020 school year for two weeks from March 2 to March 16 in order to ensure the safety and active precautionary measure of the school's members. In addition, Pukyong National University is proactively taking precautionary measures to ensure that all students who visit or pass through China, including Chinese international students, are obliged to live separately for 14 days in one of the student dormitories that can be blocked from outside. During the separate residence period, outside access is minimized, meals are provided for lunch, and the nurse of the health clinic conducts a fever test twice a day. Meanwhile, Pukyong National University formed the Emergency Response Committee on the 28th of last month to cope with the new coronavirus, and since 4th, the university has strengthened prevention activities by organizing and operating the 24-hour emergency response situation room. <Pukyong Today>
